Monzo to western union declined, urgent!

Hello. Am in an urgent situation. I have just had Monzo decline a payment to western union here in Argentina that i have made several times in the past without trouble. I cant get through to phone help and want to know why it was suddenly declined?

i dont have in app chat in my application. it disappeared. any ideas of where it has moved? or is it only with business acounts now?

Monzo really need to sort this chat situation out. It’s unacceptable for a bank

I tend to avoid repeat custom with merchants who make it as hard as possible to contact them but this is a bank; where most people keep most of their money
