I have given my monzo card details to a retailer and the refund has failed after 3 attempts… is it not possible to refund to monzo?
It definitely is possible to refund to it - it is a full bank account. I’ve had many refunds.
Have you reached out to support via the app for help? Also, might be worth flagging it as “urgent” as you’ve had so many failed attempts.

I have also had many refunds, might be worth stating which shop this is happening with to see if others had an issue with them.
