Just made a purchase at Card Factory. Monzo immediately showed a ‘refund’ (aka the authorisation was reversed). Has anyone else had this?
That usually means the retailer’s system has rejected the transaction for some reason. I’ve had it happen a couple of times in costa but a retry allowed it to go through.

Just happened to be in ASDA. Putting it down to the issues Monzo is having. Very frustrating that again we’re suffering another outage.
