If the deposit’s there then you should get a notification at 4pm offering the early pay. Follow the instructions it provides.

So don’t really worry about the grey upcomming section and just wait for 4pm really right
Thats the way it worked with me on Thursday (normal payday today so moved to Friday so Thursday was reallllly early)

Got the pending payment in grey, when I click on it… Says to come Back at 4pm…so I prusume just log in at 4pm and press a few buttons…

Then you should be able to claim it at 4pm on the 27th (assuming it is paid via BACS)

Yeha when I click on the grey upcoming bit, it’s says in blue , this can be paid early and come back at 4pm…might get a link to get paid early… First time for me
Not sure, was the reference number in the screenshot some sort of account number?
No account number or nothing in it. Iylts just a transactions from department of work and pension

As far as I am aware, a snowflake is someone who over reacts to criticism. Your post didn’t criticise anyone, and there is, therefore, no need to be calling anyone names.

My apologies - I flagged your post as I was concerned the reference for the payment could mean you were inadvertently sharing personal information that could be used maliciously. Once a moderator comes along I’m sure the flag will be removed.

the UI doesn’t work for me, I can’t drag the money to the wallet 
Closed app and re-opened but no luck. I’m on iOS 13 Public Beta, not sure if that helps.

If you drag it to the bottom and lock your phone when it’s there then it works. If it’s not dragging make sure you’re got the latest ios13 update
