Why have monzo frozen mine and my wife bank accounts wont tell us why, when it will be unfrozen, wont help us.

I’m sorry this has happened, but no one on here knows the answer, I’m afraid.
Sadly this is not the place to find answers, it’s all customers like yourself here. Email or call them, hopefully they can help you with answers.
