Just as a heads up folks, Monzo appears to have lost an inbound transfer from Venmo sent 5 days ago - and customer support are not responding to chats and the phone line hangs up without connecting to a human.
Might be an outlier, but both are not good signs.
What makes you think Monzo have lost it?

@Revels Venmo have the transaction ID, which means it went through fed. I’ve done loads of transactions every week with Venmo, first time one went missing.
