Monzo flex wont met me pay

I go to pay my monzo flex balance early using another monzo account. I get to the stage to confirm my ID using fingerprint. Once ive done this, it takes me back to the pay early option and says ,something went wrong, try again in a few minutes’ but has been saying this for the past few days when ive tried. Ive tried resetting app, checking for updates, and reset my phone.

No im trying to pay my balance early from my monzo joint account

You can only pay Monzo Flex from your personal current account.
