I go to pay my monzo flex balance early using another monzo account. I get to the stage to confirm my ID using fingerprint. Once ive done this, it takes me back to the pay early option and says ,something went wrong, try again in a few minutes’ but has been saying this for the past few days when ive tried. Ive tried resetting app, checking for updates, and reset my phone.

You can only pay Monzo Flex from your personal current account.

Hi Kirsten, since you’ve already tried restarting, updating, and reinstalling, the next best step is to contact Monzo support directly through the in-app chat for a deeper look at your account or payment authorization issue; they can manually review and fix anything blocking the early repayment.
