Payment on Monzo flex account I don’t recognise

Just seen on my notifications that I’ve had a payment taken out of my Monzo flex account which I don’t recognise nor have I made a transaction (if that makes sense?).

I know this may come across as a silly question but couldn’t find what I’m looking for on the help section on the app (unless I’ve not put in the correct phrase on the help section), but would I need to select an instalment for the unauthorised payment and then say I don’t recognise it? Or just try and speak to someone?

Apologies for the silly questions, this is the first time it’s happened to me

Click on the transaction. Then click the red button. Then dispute or report as fraud. If you don’t recognise it.

If you go to your Flex card in the app, it should list your flexed items in the feed.

From here you can tap the problem item to see the details, and at the bottom of the details screen use the ‘Something wrong? Get help’ button.

You can also freeze the card temporarily if you’re concerned.

I’ve blocked the card and requested a new one in the end :slight_smile:
