My self and my husband having Monzo accounts. We are always receiving our emails into junk email.
But We didn’t`t Know How to let it to come inbox.Can anybody Could Help Us, Please ?
You probably need to add Monzo to your ‘safe senders’ list.
If you google your email provider and safe senders, I’m sure there will be instructions there.

If you get stuck, let us know who you use for your emails (Hotmail, gmail etc) and we can give you some guidance.
Just personal experience admittedly but never had any go to spam with Gmail either under Gmail original or more latterly an alias domain across over two years
