Hey! Worldpay is fine - I know that our BIN is within the most recent Worldpay tables. Whether merchants have actually downloaded those tables and updated their systems is another story. :unamused:

At least they are being quite helpful…!

Not in my book. They basically send users off to chase worldpay and monzo, whilst saying ‘we are in constant contact’ with monzo/worldpay. If they were, they’d resolved it already. This is ‘not my problem’ approach by TNL. :wink:

Tesco has apparently approved our BIN for their pay at pump machines, waiting to hear back if our BIN is also accepted for their banking products :blush:

Regarding the Tesco banking services, I made my initial£100 deposit to my Monzo card from my Tesco bank account, so there shouldn’t be any problems

as of this moment right now trying to see if I can set it up to pay Tesco Bank credit card, still says not supported.

Not sure if you can set it up with a credit card, try using a debit card instead?

This is for paying off a Tesco Bank credit card bill from the Monzo card, not topping up Monzo with a Tesco Bank credit/debit card. Top up from Tesco Bank has always been fine.
