got promoted to transfer funds out after my account was locked. why does it take 2-4 weeks?
We’re all customers on here just like you so we can only speculate why. Therefore you’re best calling or emailing Monzo if you’d like further detail.
If they’re the ones that have closed your account, it makes no sense to hold onto your money for longer than necessary - I’m sure they’ll transfer it as quickly as possible.
