Need help asap can’t access my Monzo account app they are closing my account on 8th of January and no one will speak to me on phone and my wages went in from work today

This is a customer forum, we can’t help. When were you told they’d be closing the account?

Likely they’ll ask you to provide alternative details so they can send the balance over. This can take up to a month I believe.
