Chat not working. My account says it needs authentication. Also want to verify card for ApplePay but seems no way of doing this.

Tried ringing but no answer.

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it?

Fixes most issues.

Is your software update on your device also their has been a lot of updates recently for almost everything

Authentication just means that you need to log out and back in again. I’d recommend the above just to be safe as this solves 99% of issues.
