Cannot access account through app

Hi,

I have been using monzo for the past 6 months with no issues. However, I am unable to access my account today (it keeps asking me to set up a new account).

I am still able to pay for things with my monzo card, but i cannot view anything within the app! Would it be possible to take a look please?

you might want to get in touch with Monzo directly at help@monzo.com rather than hoping a Monzo employee will pick this up on the public forum :slight_smile:

Can you still use the in app chat to get help? If not then I think help@monzo.com would be your best bet.

I’ve had the same problem this evening. I’ll try again tomorrow just incase it is a user interface issue.

If anyone has this problem just reinstall the app and it should work.
