Hi all, I’ve just changed iPhone and have transferred all my apps etc, however my Monzo app now won’t update and keeps saying authentication required. I can’t chat from it either, and it doesn’t tell me how to do the authentication. Can anyone please help? Thanks
Firstly I’d try logging out and back in. From the Monzo app, if you click your account, try clicking the Log Out button at the bottom. And then enter your email again to reauthenticate.
If that doesn’t work, I’d just delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store and login again.
