Hope everyone had a good xmas and new year.
Just a quick one. Mums got account with 3 different bank inc inc monzo. She is old as well and got memory problems. She went to cash point today and entered the pin for a santander card twice and her monzo card got blocked. Wrong card obviously… Eventually she menaged to tranfer funds from monzo to santander and withdraw cash. how does she unblock her monzo card… Monzo account is working fine as she transferred money to santander

I probably will have to go and do it for her tomorrow then… She is old and will not know all that
Broader question is whether she’s better off with simpler banking arrangements?
