Monzo can't conform my identity

Issue: whenever I attempt to verify my identity in order to send my son money or verify his payment on my phone it will ask to confirm my identity it will say it succeeded but won’t work preventin my son from making online payments

Details to reproduce:click on any part of the app that needs verification (transfering money to sons account/ verifying payments)
OS:
Device: motorola
App Version:latest version

Settings > Security > turn off verify with Face ID (if o), resulting in requiring pin instead.

I already use verify with pin

For me it will say it has restricted actions on my account till it can verify me it will automatically verify say it succeeded but I still can’t do things such as transfer money between cards

The forgot pin process used to fix a few things like this so maybe try that.
