Hello, Good evening everyone i have had my Monzo card arrive at my door today but i was told that i couldn’t have one So I’m little bit confused. im looking at all my emails that i have access too and know i would use one of them but still unsure i emailed help and iv also called at the back of the card this is truly bugging me now lol. If there is any help please any would be grateful.

I have had a card in my name in the post and can’t log into the app to activate the card. Sorry just me worrying if it don’t make sense because when I applied for it last year in the summer it said I couldn’t have an account.
You wouldn’t have been sent a card now if you applied for an account last year. Unless it was a fraud replacement? 
but you won’t have used it if you didn’t know you had it.
Are you sure you’ve checked all your email addresses for an email?
