Hello, Good evening everyone i have had my Monzo card arrive at my door today but i was told that i couldn’t have one So I’m little bit confused. im looking at all my emails that i have access too and know i would use one of them but still unsure i emailed help and iv also called at the back of the card this is truly bugging me now lol. If there is any help please any would be grateful.

How were you told this? Did it tell you as part of the application, or was it an email from Monzo?
If you’ve forgotten the email address you used to sign up to Monzo, you can tap something like “forgotten email” which will give you the option to enter your phone number instead. If you can’t access this email, follow the steps in this help guide.
I assume this means that your name is on the card?
When you try to log into the Monzo app, what does it say? Could you post a screenshot (with any personal details blurred out).
Yes the cards in my name lovely
I have had a card in my name in the post and can’t log into the app to activate the card. Sorry just me worrying if it don’t make sense because when I applied for it last year in the summer it said I couldn’t have an account.
You wouldn’t have been sent a card now if you applied for an account last year. Unless it was a fraud replacement? but you won’t have used it if you didn’t know you had it.
Are you sure you’ve checked all your email addresses for an email?
In that case you will have to speak to Monzo to find out what happened. Try emailing them at help@monzo.com
