I applied for the monzo card. Downloaded the app. Got the card and now trying to log into monzo app. I’m putting my number in and it’s saying number already in use. I’ve deleted app then installed it again numerous times. Nothing is working to get me into my app. It’s also saying the email address I signed up with isn’t valid. Which it is. Help please
When you sign in it shouldn’t be asking for your mobile number. If it is, then this means that you’ve not used the email address that you signed up with and it is taking you through the registration process again.
Double check the spelling of your email address and have a think if you could have used a different one when you signed up and try that
When I opened the app, it asked if I wanted to activate my card. I pressed activate and then it took me out the app. When I returned into the app it’s asking for mobile number. Then when it’s texting a code to my phone I’m entering the code, for it to then say the number is already in use thanks for reply.
Try deleting the app, reinstall from the App Store, and sign in again. Make sure to use the same email address you originally signed up with. 99% of the time a reinstall solves this kind of issue.
Yeah I’ve deleted and reinstalled a good few times. Not happening haha
