Issue: Does not accept the PIN to make a transfer
Details to reproduce: Keep says “please use only English letters and numbers. Accents, special characters or punctuation are not recognised.” while there is no option but numbers for the PIN!
OS: Android 6.0

Hi,
I know is an old thread but anyone has an answer for this bug? I am on the chat with Monzo help and is shocking… I’ve been asked to confirm if the pin numbers have letters…and to take a screenshot of the app… They should know that you cannot do this due to security… Any help is appreciated.
