Monzo App problem

Issue: Does not accept the PIN to make a transfer

Details to reproduce: Keep says “please use only English letters and numbers. Accents, special characters or punctuation are not recognised.” while there is no option but numbers for the PIN!
OS: Android 6.0
Device: Le pro3 AI
App Version: 3.96.0


Are you using the stock keyboard?

Make sure your phones software is up to date too, Android 6 is really old
