I have an iPhone iOS 16.7.11. Every time I log into the banking app , it is frozen and I have to reinstall app again. I have tried restarting the session. I messaged help@monzo but they just said everything was fine their end. Any ideas?

AI chat tells me to delete app, turn phone off and on, turn router off and on, reinstall app
Done that (except router part) still freezing
Is it related to new version released 5 days ago? Or because I added my contacts?
