App not opening

Every time I open the Monzo app it freezes on the login screen with just the Monzo icon on the page after face recognition had completed.
Once the app was closed and reopened all is ok. Used on iPhone X, latest version of IOS.

Have you tried force closing the app or reinstalling it?

I’ve been getting this too. It freezes on the monzo logo after Face ID. On a iPhone XS Max

If I close the app and reopen it will be fine. Then suddenly another time it repeats

also have this problem on my iPhone 7. force closing fixes it but then the issue comes back after a day or so.
