Can’t seem to access my account on my new phone as I have tried all afternoon to access through the app but after lots of attempts no email arrives

Hi,
A few troubleshooting tips,
Make sure you are clicking on login not sign up
Are you sure you’re using the same email address you signed up with?
Check your spam/junk box also.
