Issue: App hangs upon submission of merchant data improvement for connected cards

Details to reproduce: Complete the merchant data improvement flow for a transaction on a connected card. On the final screen, the “done” button and the back arrow both do nothing. App must be forced closed and reopened.
OS: iOS 18.1
Device: iPhone 14 Pro
App Version: 5.97.0 #5970051

I’m also finding that logo and name requests are not being considered, even on my main account. Seems like the whole service is down

How do you know? It’s possible they are just rejected for not having enough data to recognise it, it doesn’t solely rely on what you input as that would cause havoc.

Yeah generally speaking the corrections I submit on my Monzo account are corrected in pretty good time.

Since experiencing this bug with connected card corrections, not a single one has been corrected which leads me to believe they are never actually being submitted when the app hangs.

I’m quite a regular submitter (OCD) and have noticed the lately that some quite obvious submissions aren’t coming through from big companies (Amazon, Lime etc) as well as smaller local companies. Previously a large proportion of these would be fixed but now nothing seems to be updating. Has been like this for the last month or so
