I lost my phone and can’t get access to my email account to get the link,

Hello, so I lost my phone and I called monzo after and they told me they have to pass it to a specialist on Tuesday, but after this my card stopped working. I sent an email to help@monzo.commit a photo of me holding my id, my new email phone number etc yesterday and I haven’t heard back and I have called today the lady asked my account number and told me she had to send it to a specialist but couldn’t give me a time frame. She took my temporary number and said someone will call, anyone know how long this takes to get resolved? as monzo is my main bank account and they have suspended my card.

Nobody can tell you how long it will take

Depending on when you emailed yesterday it hasn’t been that long.

It’s just rolled 9am, so it’s the start of the day for them.

Well it was two days ago the email now, I had to wait on the post getting approved. I also called this morning and they said they are getting someone to call me as an emergency but no idea how long that will take either.
