Logging in on new phone with the same number

I have got a new phone, but have the same number. When I log in, it asks me to put in my email, to which it sends an email with a link to click. When I click the link it asks me to put in my number which I would like to use for my account (this isn’t to make a new account- this is log in) but it says that number is already In use (as I used it on my old phone). Please help! :frowning:

Sounds like you aren’t using the email address you signed up to Monzo with, as people often report on here getting that message about the phone number when the wrong email address has been used.


Thank you! I was sure it was the right email, I even checked old monzo emails. But you’re right, it was a different one.
