Locked out of account

Hi I have been kicked out of the app and just realised the email address associated with my account is an old email address I no longer have access to, so I can’t get the magic link to log back in.

Can I change my email address or log in a different way? I really need to make a manual payment today!

Magic links are the only way to login to the account.

To change your email address, you’re likely going to need to email help@monzo.com - it might be worth putting the word Urgent in the subject field (not sure whether it’ll help though?).

If you need to make a payment today, it might be worth phoning the number on the back of your card and seeing whether they can change your email address over the phone, or at least escalate the request for you.
