Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue while trying to borrow more through the Monzo app. I am eligible, and I’ve gone through all the steps - signing the contract, confirming the loan amount, and recording the identity verification video.
After submitting the video, I get a message saying, « Thank you, your identity is now verified », but then nothing happens. When I check my current loan, it just says « we’re verifying your identity »
After waiting a while, the screen disappears, and I am back to square one. I have to go through the whole process again - checking eligibility, confirming the loan, and recording the video… only for the same thing to happen.
Has this happened to anyone else? How did you fix it? Any advice would be much appreciated!
