App stuck on verification after using it


I downloaded the app few weeks ago and completed the field required for the verification process. I transferred money from my Lloyds account only today, and when I clicked on the notification of the bank transfer I could access the Monzo App, but after closing the app it is now showing the “we’re verifying your account information” screen again. This has been stuck like this for hours now, can you please help?

Sorry you’re having some problems :disappointed_relieved: Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

If reinstalling doesn’t help then drop an email to get support on getting you back up and running. If it’s urgent there’s a number on the back of your card you can use

I didn’t, but the app just started working again one second after I posted this request!
