Hi all, I’ve just ordered something from Amazon via Klarna app.for a easily confused person like me, the orders gone through and money’s taken for 1st payment! But Amazon canceled order (for full amount) and not 3 payments. Chats 71min waiting time, thought it be quicker with your good selfs for help please! Has anyone used klarna yet?

Amazon have cancelled the order? But Klarna have taken the first payment from you?
I’d imagine when the latter find out the former, it’ll correct itself.
You’d need to check with Klarna on how the refund is handled, and refunds can take up to 7 days.
Your agreement is with Klarna here, so worth following up with them.
Klarna always take the first payment and hold it for 24 hours until you make your purchase.
If you don’t it’ll be refunded as standard 5-7 working days.
