Every few days I seem to get logged out of the Monzo app on iOS.
App is up to date and I’m not logged in on any other phones . I did raise it with Monzo in app chat but they couldn’t provide a solution

May have been me phone playing up too ? Got a new mobile phone and seems all ok
It’s a Monzo bug. Starting fresh with a new phone just means the bug is now longer affecting you (for now).
If it ever starts happening again, delete your Monzo app, reboot your phone, and then reinstall the Monzo app. Failing that, enrol onto the Monzo TestFlight and use that to install an old version of the app, which if you’re lucky, won’t have whatever it is that caused this bug.
