In all seriousness its great they’re doing some on-boarding as they must feel like they’ve got over the issues that they were having. It’s absolutely right that crowdfunders should get in first and I’m eager to get in in the near future.
Hopefully they’ve also learnt that:
There’s a good amount of hype about their product, which is the reason people are disappointed to not get to use it
A bit of communication goes a long way and the worst part about the pause was knowing nothing at all
I’ve dropped 1 whole place from 30 to 31. I’ve been at 30 for months on end now. So if people are getting invited, it’s not being reflected lower down the pecking order!
I note the sign up deadline for the £10 cashback offer expires next week, and with only 3 months until it expires you’d think they’d be onboarding in much higher numbers. It might be instant spend, but 9000 people (all of whom now seem to meet the eligibility for the cashback!) is a lot to on-board in 3 months even if everything is going well.
