Issues - Monzo unable to be set up direct debits Paypal

Hi all!

I am having some issues when it comes to adding a direct debit instruction to pay-pal. When I try to add the direct debit instruction I have tried setting it up but shows as ‘incomplete’. I’m trying to make a direct debit payment for paypal credit to be paid for repayments from my monzo account. There is no option for then me to change it to my monzo one?

Is that a known issue?

Hey, what Monzo sort code do you have?

If it’s the newer one (not 04-00-04) PayPal might not be recognising it.

It’s definitely possible to have a PayPal credit direct debit set up with Monzo though, because I have one.
