I’m trying to link my Monzo account with Money Dashboard through Open Banking, but I’m running into an issue. The app prompts me to authenticate via Monzo, but after approving the connection in the Monzo app, it redirects me back to the app with an error: “Authentication Failed: Unable to establish a connection.”
Here are the steps I’ve tried so far:
- Revoked and re-established the connection in the Monzo app.
- Cleared the cache and reinstalled the external app.
- Confirmed that my Monzo app is updated to the latest version.
- Verified that Open Banking permissions are enabled in my Monzo account.
