I’ve been having an issue with my open banking connection where I am unable to connect it with the Coconut app. I have tried logging out, deleting both apps and revoking access in Monzo’s manage apps section. Coconut are advising me it’s a Monzo issue so any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you spoke with Coconut, did they provide any details on why the Monzo app couldn’t connect to their service? Since understanding this would help pinpoint the root cause and determine which side the issue lies on
