Hello I recently tried to make a monzo account but After about 5 hours of verification I receive the error attached below I’ve also tried multiple times with different email etc? A few months ago I began the process of making an account but never finished maybe that’s the reason ?
I was really hoping to use monzo as a main bank to get wages and etc paid into. I’ve read around and understand theirs not much anybody here can do and I’ve contacted support already but I’d just want to know if there could be any reason for this to happen or possible solutions to negate the problem

If it’s due to a previous application then theres a different error message

Check your credit Karma report and make sure all the details on that are correct. Other than that i’m not sure there’s anything you can do
