I have been waiting for for well over 24 hours for acknowledgement of an issue I have over the chat feature on the app. The bot said it was handing over to an agent and that’s the last thing I’ve heard. I know with other banks they keep you updated on how long it is likely to be. Is this normal

It’s end of month so typically most banks get hammered around this time.
I’d wait a few days if it’s not urgent and someone will get back to you.
If you share your issue here us community folk may be able to help.

Thanks for replying - everything with Monzo has been great so far so just a bit frustrated that there’s no response to questions. It’s not urgent so I’ll just be patient.
I sent a payment link and it won’t complete the transaction. All her details are correct. It is going to a Chase account so wondered if that was the issue?
Am I right in saying you’ve sent a Monzo.me link to someone who banks with Chase but it’s not accepting their payment?
Have you exceed your Monzo.me limits?
Tap the three dots next to your account on the Home Screen, manage account, and then down to limits and down to Monzo me.
Otherwise it possibly could be their side.
I’m no where near my limits - so it’s probably something their end.
