The support is still there and in my opinion I’ve never had an issue with the support. I find them fantastic.
It’s not a live chat, it’s a response when an advisor handles your message case. Usually it’s pretty quick.
You can always ring the number on the back of your card aswell.

Wait and someone will respond. The more urgent, the quicker someone gets to you.

Nobody can answer that. It can be minutes, it can be hours.
Being new year, and everyone broke, I’d give it a good few days.
You could also ask your query here, great knowledgeable bunch at times.
I need a current pension statement so it’s going to require CS to answer at some point - cheers!
