Must be something to do with your app install/account combination as everyone else so far is able to see the ‘blue pill’ at the top.
It is the same screenshot form the original post. I just sowed the full screen.
I could see it before, just seems
to have vanished.
Remove and reinstall the app?
Thanks for sharing useful post here.
It seems weird that your UK account is called ‘Current Account’ - UK users see ‘Personal Account’ or ‘Joint Account’ or [insert pot names] depending on what they have in focus in the Home/transaction display.
I don’t think anyone here can help unfortunately and if a removal/reinstall doesn’t cure it, it’ll be one to take up with Monzo via the in-app chat - this may be a US-user-centric issue or an issue with your profile.
Last thought - are you on testflight? A newer version has just been released and worth installing to try.
I just reinstalled right now. Still nothing. One caveat is the binary just installed a few moments ago is from the US app store. At the time of posting I was on the UK app store version. I am not sure if Monzo has using different binaries now that they have US accounts. The screenshots are different in the app store.
I know in the past Monzo has started they offer their app in all app stores globally. Unlike Lloyds who wouldn’t let me download their app because I had a US Apple ID and didn’t want to loose half my media changing my region.
I am not on testflight.
I guess that must be it then, maybe need to find another US user to check what they see?
Well it would need to be a US user with a UK account too. US accounts don’t have Sort Codes.
Sorry I should’ve been more specific.
A user with the exact same account configuration, iOS version, Monzo app version, installed from the same binary. Then find someone in Monzo to confirm if this should even work for this specific configuration or not.
Then we will know if it’s a bug, or a feature request? Phew.
I see “Current Account” in my app. I only have a UK personal account.

But can you pull down to see Sort Code/Account Number?
correct
The straight-up-logical voice in my head is screaming “install the UK-sourced app” to compare.
It could be that the UK app caters for sort codes/account numbers and the US app doesn’t.
All speculation of course as no-one else appears to be operating with the same number of unknown variables.
It was.
It was. And it worked.
Now it isn’t. And it doesn’t work.

The answer is here somewhere
It was and it didn’t work.
When did it last work? Where were you physically when it last worked?
Few weeks ago. USA
