[iOS] Poor connection in app

Issue: poor connection - balance not updated 1 day ago, not able to connect to chat

I’d recommend an uninstall/re-install, which usually clears most errors like this.
Once re-installed, open the Monzo app and login as an existing user, using the email address you initially signed up to Monzo with.

For reference on this point, you should be able to find the app version by doing the following:

  1. On the home screen, pull the drawer down fully, or tap your profile picture in the top left
  2. Tap the cog in the top right
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen
