Help balance

My balance wnt update it says it updated 3 hours ago anyone else having this issue

Usually when weird things like this happen it’s because the app is out of date or has got itself tangled up in a mess.

We can rule out both these issues by following the below steps:

• Delete the app
• Restart your phone
• Reinstall the app.

This should fix it as mentioned by someone in the below topic who had the same issue:

Afternoon all, My balance/spending has not updated on app since Saturday night. Anyone else having this issue? My payment notifications are flashing up each time I use it, but on the app nothing is showing as coming off balance since Saturday.

Top left of the feed on iOS - I presume somewhere nearby on Android.

Nothing in the feed that I can see (I am on Android). Is it always visible on iOS?

Yup - right under the TODAY divider (or TOMORROW if you’ve got a predicted item)

Oh well, add it to the long list of inconsistencies I guess.
