Monzo app not updating

The app did not update since may 27th. It says poor connection, however I do have internet connection and everything else works fine. I need to do some transactions and I am not being able to. Pls help thanks

delete the app , shut the phone off , start phone, reinstall the app, with the correct email address … seems to be the common advice

that’s great , Id like to say Im a genius, but Im not :slight_smile: , but the restart usually solves a lot of problems …glad you’re sorted
