Changed my phone and now Monzo doesn't work

Hey peeps,
I’ve recently switched to an iPhone XR, I’ve transferred all my apps across, but now the app isn’t updating my balance, I can’t use the in-app chat for help and other than deleting the app and starting again, I’ve no idea what to do. Can anyone help?


That should work. If you are sure that you are using the correct email address, and are logging in, and not inadvertently trying to create a new account.

Deleting the app and reinstalling usually sorts out strange behaviour like this :slight_smile:
