✅ [iOS] Can't sign up new account

Issue: I can’t sign up my new account. when I finish activating my email and typing my account details, I can’t press ‘next’ because the button is dark. You can see it in the snap screen. I have tried many times but the situation is same. I don’t know why.

Odd indeed.
Have you tried force quitting the app, restarting your phone etc?
Also it might be in mm/dd/yyyy format (trying to see from your screenshot… but doesn’t look like the text matches the size of the boxes below (so would be hard to enter yyyy/mm/dd if the fields aren’t big enough)??

Maybe send @kieranmch a msg directly as they said they’d investigate (definitely looks like a language/locale setting!)

I’m sure they can get it sorted for you, they are good that way!

Experiencing the same issue. Any solution?

When I input my Date of birth the format doesnt match the (YYYY/MM/DD) format which it specifies.

Is your iPhone region set to the UK?

Some feedback after experiencing the same problem. My iPhone language was set to English South Africa. After changing the preference to US English I was able to enter the date correctly

Hey everyone,

Really sorry about this, we’re currently working on a fix.

In the meantime, if you’re able to change the language on your device to English (UK or US) then it should resolve the issue.
