Issue:
When activating a replace card there is no confirmation that the card was activated, the app instead seems to be stuck
Details to reproduce:
Request a new card without cancelling old
Receive new card
Search help for ‘activate card’
Follow link
Enter new card number
Allow Face ID check
Result the screen still shows new number, no result only option is to cancel. On cancelling and further investigation card was activated
Unfortunately this hasn’t been fixed yet, however, if you’re having trouble activating you can select the account button on your home screen and then select ‘Activate card’.
