Trouble activating card

My camera starts scanning the card when activation for a bug.

After a successful scanning process using the camera. The card number appears as expected but there’s no way to
submit the card number without deleting and retyping the final number. The first time I tried scanning my card, the Monzo app crashed and closed while still on
the camera screen when the card had been scanned. Please suggest relevant solutions

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble activating your card. Have you tried re-installing the app? Also, what kind of phone are you using?

Exactly the same thing happened to me when I tried to activate a replacement card. The first time the app crashed when I tried scanning. It scanned fine the second time, but the screen wouldn’t move on until I deleted and retyped the final digit of the card number.
