I have no idea how people can have so many icons on their home screens :melting_face:

Anyway I donā€™t mind the mail attachment thing too much as it does recognise them as attachments and strip them out of the message text when you send it at least.

Sidenote: IPadOS is nice but as with iPhone little real difference except for the main one which is FINALLY iPad has a calculator app

Does anyone know what will happen to Keychain on devices which canā€™t be updated to the latest OS?

Iā€™m assuming my iPad (iPadOS 16) will get an update changing Keychain to Passwords, but canā€™t find any authoritative information.

Or will changes made in Passwords just update the information held in Keychain?

Itā€™s helpful, I donā€™t get motion sick on trains for the most part, will test it in the uber (1 train missed, next train cancelled) :joy:

Depending on the age yes - I managed to install it on a 2019 ipad mini 5 which I wasnā€™t expecting to be able too. I donā€™t think Iā€™ll get the AI features on that though.

Regarding the keychain, Itā€™s the same back-end, just it has a slightly newer front end so Iā€™d imagine no change and it should work as it always done

No mini will. It requires an M-series chip.

I am very very travel sick as a passenger, like I canā€™t even go a mile without feeling rough and that is without looking at my phone.

Keen to try this just to see if it helps lol.

I have iPadOS 18 on my iPad and entered password in the password app and they are still synced to the password in settings on iOS 17 on my iPhone so canā€™t see any problems with older devices

Yeah on the Apple Website they only show American Express and Mastercard but then Visa managed to sneak it. Butā€¦ Itā€™s not even their own card :rofl:
