Your mate Brandon mentioned it so I’m guessing it’ll return in another update.

Just got the latest beta and seem to have a slight bug when I go into any mailbox. It’s swiftly resolved by dragging down a little though:

Who’s the husband stalking that’s so hot?

Yeah I suspected there might be with what I had seen reported.

So…since the latest update, for anyone who’s got them, found their HomePods have got ‘dumber’?

I’ve got HomePod mini’s + Apple TV. I’ve also got a lamp next to the TV setup with a plug thing called ‘TV Light’.

Until the update ‘Siri - turn on the TV’ would turn on Apple TV. Now, it’ll turn on the light and I need to specifically say ‘Siri turn on (or off) Apple TV’. Which is a tad annoying but manageable-ish. I could rename the light - but it’s the principle that it was working until the latest patch, and now it’s not that’s niggling.

But also it seems to now be struggling to actually understand what I’m saying. If I say ‘Siri turn on all the lights’ it’ll then ask if I want to turn them on or off? First starters, they’re off already but I already said ‘turn on all the lights stupid robot’ (I may not verbalise it exactly that way when I respond to Siri).

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed the same or if my enunciation has suddenly deteriorated this last week or so…

I’ve been saying “Turn on/off the TV” for at least a couple of years and never had to qualify it with “Apple”. Then again, my only light is called “Lamp”, so there’s no naming conflict.

Visitors are always impressed when I just say “Turn on/off the TV” and the actual LG TV switches on and off, so saying “Apple TV” would ruin it

Works fine for me when I say “turn off/on TV”

Sometimes my HomeKit setup goes through a weird period of a few days where it’s really pedantic about the distinction between things I’ve named “lights” and “lamps”

I’ll say “turn all the downstairs lights off” and instead of turning all lights off, it’ll only turn the ceiling lights off and leave the table/standing lamps on - I will then have to say “turn all the lamps off” to get the rest of them off.

Then a few days later, without me changing anything, it’ll work as expected and turn all lights off when I ask

Weird bug in 17.4. The lock screen is blurred out with an un-pressable “Clear All Notifications” button at the bottom. New notifications don’t seem to fix it, so it looks like a reboot will be needed. I thought it was a wallpaper bug at first, but changing the wallpaper just results in a different blurred out background.

Edit: Rebooting fixed it but brought back a couple of notifications from earlier in the week that I had already deleted.

Very unusual with a rtm released build and no OTA, rumoured to fix a bootloop:

Anyone else?

Internet works fine otherwise.

If I go search, and then profile and update apps, that still works.
