Never had that issue.
I might be going crazy but is it you who keeps having issues that others don’t? I wonder if there is something you’re doing/on your phone causing them?

I had this briefly on public beta 1 but it went away and never came back ![]()
I get this every now and again on ios 16.
They come back if I open an app, and only disappear on the Home Screen.
At this point Tim Cook is trolling you, and you alone.
Yeah I’m waiting till I get back since my phone is the only camera I’ve got while on holiday (and it seems to work fine)
Anyone else getting a prompt for an ‘unknown part’ specifically for the camera with the latest dev beta? iPhone originally bought from Apple with no replacement parts.
Either an actual hardware failure (camera seems to be doing weird things) or an OS bug potentially!
Yeap 14 Pro Max.
Each camera seems to be working but quite glitchy changing between them.
Going to restore to previous public beta build to see if it persists.
Edit - issue still persisting on latest public beta build (21A5312c) so could actually be hardware related in my case.
I wonder if this is more your phone or a specific issue related to the 13. On my 14 pro the battery has never been anything but fine.
The current betas have definitely been hit and miss a little, but(so far) I’ve not personally noticed many game changing bugs.
The vertical camera one was annoying and as @N26throwaway notes something weird is happening with the camera and third party software.
I use Procamera and I’ve found that in this beta (four- not updated to five yet) it’s been super slow which I’m blaming on Apple.
I do remember in previous years some much more severe bugs such as calendar draining the battery severely, screen locks, apps not working etc. So this one’s not been all that bad in my experience.
Beta working smoothly for me so far
The Watch Betas are fundamentally broken, I am in the same boat. It has essentially broken my watch, it can’t make it past half a day (series 4) whereas previously it could last till around late evening.
And that’s been the same experience across all betas.
I’ve had no real issues on either iOS or watchOS ![]()
Took my watch ultra off charge this morning at 5:30 and just put it on charge with 80% left running latest watchOS beta
I’m ngl my iPhone 14 pro has had the worst battery life I’ve never had on a iPhone, I can’t even make it through a day without charging.
I do not entirely blame the device it’s self, with 5G being more accessible I’m often connected to it, meaning it uses so much more battery and by a considerable amount almost to the point where I want to turn it off.
I’ll be looking at getting the 15 pro max (or whatever it is called) when it is released in September
Also forgot to mention my battery health is at 90% and considering the device is only just coming up to it’s year anniversary I think that’s pretty bad.
When I traded my 13pro in my battery heath was 98% having owned that device the same length of time and same charging patterns
Wondering if anyone else has any iPhone 14 pro battery issues
Damm good to know I’m not the only one
Worked fine for me this morning, detected my walk at the same place as usual.
Maybe you’re just getting fitter!
I have to say the latest Beta is super smooth, as good as the first one (which none of the in-between ones have yet to meet).
No bugs that I can see, seems smooth and zero impact to battery.
I’ve had that with iOS 16!
