Basically, my job is to help Monzo customers learn about new products and features that are useful to them. I help to launch new products by making sure all of the different ways you might hear about them are consistent and easy for you to understand.
I do things like draft emails, design webpages, and speak to our customers. Itās the kind of job youāll like if you love a bit of everything. Itās the neapolitan ice cream of the business world.
Product marketers speak to customers in all sorts of ways - through email surveys, customer calls and chats, through the community, and events like you mentioned.
Essentially my role is to advocate for what our customers need when we think about building new products and features. (Monzo is already really good at this so Iām just adding fuel to the fire!)

I have a Mondo beta card onto which I uploaded some money a few years back. I now canāt find my account - Monzo isnāt recognizing my email. Any idea how I can access my account?
If you were in the beta scheme - i.e. with a prepaid card - and didnāt upgrade it to a current account, that account will have been closed and the balance returned to you:

Hi I am John a 40 ish Male (Good job with the name John) and I am new to Monzo. It seems like a really good way to keep my money safe and the community is good also. A little newbie but hopefully will get in to things.
I am living with Osteoarthritis and unfortunately that requires a hell of a lot of pain killers. Donāt want any sympathy just wanted to put it out there. I have difficulties in mobility and keep myself busy with my Jack Russell Kimi and on my PS4 with a game called Warframe. Very sad I know but it gives me an escape from my life too.
So just wanted to tell you guys a bit about me and will hopefully get more active soon.
