Iā€™m Az, however my actual name is Azeem (with an A, for available :wink:). Iā€™m from West Sussex near Gatwick Airportā€¦ yeah, I know what youā€™re thinking but I havenā€™t flown for over 15 years.

Iā€™m 25 and I work full in a railway control centre. Itā€™s great fun, and Iā€™m responsible for providing passengers with advice and information during disruption!

Iā€™m a social person and I can talk for hours on end about everything and anything. If youā€™d like to know anything else, come and say hello!

My name is Tom and Iā€™m a Product Marketing Manager at Monzo. If you donā€™t really know what that is, thatā€™s cool, not many people do :sweat_smile:

Basically, my job is to help Monzo customers learn about new products and features that are useful to them. I help to launch new products by making sure all of the different ways you might hear about them are consistent and easy for you to understand.

I do things like draft emails, design webpages, and speak to our customers. Itā€™s the kind of job youā€™ll like if you love a bit of everything. Itā€™s the neapolitan ice cream of the business world.

If youā€™re new to the community I assume this is at events only? :slight_smile:

Product marketers speak to customers in all sorts of ways - through email surveys, customer calls and chats, through the community, and events like you mentioned.

Essentially my role is to advocate for what our customers need when we think about building new products and features. (Monzo is already really good at this so Iā€™m just adding fuel to the fire!)

Hey there Iā€™m George and I have a small health care company , providing live-in care for persons who wish to be cared for in ill health.
I am registered as a sole trader, but noticed on the latest update from Monzo that you are looking for company names at company house.
will this option still be there for sole traders who are not registered with companies house ?

I am an IT Support Professional based in South Wales.
I have been using Monzo more and more lately, as it is much better for the day to day and tracking than all the major UK banks. I also really love the instant notifications once youā€™ve paid for something :smiley:.

I have a Mondo beta card onto which I uploaded some money a few years back. I now canā€™t find my account - Monzo isnā€™t recognizing my email. Any idea how I can access my account?

Are you sure youā€™re using the same email address as last time?

If you are, email help@monzo.com , theyā€™ll get you sorted .

If you were in the beta scheme - i.e. with a prepaid card - and didnā€™t upgrade it to a current account, that account will have been closed and the balance returned to you:

Tā€™be honest, Iā€™m far too old, skint and unemployed to be interested in a new bank account, but thereā€™s good ideas and thereā€™s good adverising. Sometimes they come together. If it does what it says on the box then great because the box is an excellent piece of advertising. Well done!
And I went through the whole sign-up bejezus just to say that, so it must be good, right?

Hi I am John a 40 ish Male (Good job with the name John) and I am new to Monzo. It seems like a really good way to keep my money safe and the community is good also. A little newbie but hopefully will get in to things.
I am living with Osteoarthritis and unfortunately that requires a hell of a lot of pain killers. Donā€™t want any sympathy just wanted to put it out there. I have difficulties in mobility and keep myself busy with my Jack Russell Kimi and on my PS4 with a game called Warframe. Very sad I know but it gives me an escape from my life too.
So just wanted to tell you guys a bit about me and will hopefully get more active soon.
